In conjunction with GBFC, provided a $25m term loan facility to iconic luxury jewellery retailer, secured against inventory and other assets.

Provided a ground-breaking ‘Turnkey Solution’ with guaranteed results for 62 department stores, the corporate office and distribution center as well as performing supplier negotiations.

Acquired hard assets globally to support Marquee Brands' acquisition of the brand and supported the transformation to a licensed platform. Transferred the business to Marquee's long term licensees while closing excluded stores, disposed of excess inventory and mitigated leases.
