Acquired a former Sunny Delight bottling plant, including a wastewater treatment plant, a reverse osmosis system, can and bottling lines and storage and distribution facilities.

Acquired a former Unilever edible oils processing and cold storage facility, including warehouse and transportation, food processing and storage facilities as well as real estate.

Provided a fully managed exit for the administrators of this long established company specialising in products and services to the defence industry.
